Franco-Palestinian chef and restaurateur
Fadi Kattan is a Franco-Palestinian chef, restaurateur, and food writer. Born in 1974 in Beirut, Lebanon, he moved to France with his family at a young age. Kattan has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants in France and has written several cookbooks. He is the owner of the restaurant Louf in Toronto, which serves modern Palestinian cuisine. Kattan has been recognized for his contributions to Palestinian cuisine and has been featured in several media outlets, including The New York Times and The Guardian.
