Father Joost Vercammen

Father Joost Vercammen is a Trappist monk and the brewery manager at the St. Sixtus Abbey in Leuven, Belgium. He has been involved in the brewing process for over 20 years and is responsible for creating many of the abbey's award-winning beers. Father Joost is also a skilled brewmaster and has written several books on the subject. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and reading.
