Ferdinand III

Ferdinand III was the Holy Roman Emperor and King of Bohemia from 1637 until his death in 1657. He was the son of Ferdinand II and ascended to the throne after his father's death. Ferdinand III played a significant role in the Thirty Years War and was known for his military campaigns against the Protestant states.
