FR Bressler

FR Bressler was the Landdrost of Graaff-Reinet, a position he held in the Cape Colony. As Landdrost, Bressler was responsible for administering justice and overseeing the local government. He played a key role in the restoration of Cape control in 1797, and was involved in several conflicts with the indigenous people of the region. Bressler died in 1802 at the age of 40.
