Frank Harris

Frank Harris is a former college football player and coach who played for the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) from 2013 to 2016. He was a standout player for the Roadrunners and was named the Southland Conference Player of the Year in 2015. Harris has also served as an assistant coach at several other colleges and universities.
