Frank Thomas

Frank Thomas is a former professional baseball player and current sports analyst. He played in the major leagues for 19 seasons, including 16 seasons with the Chicago White Sox. Thomas is a two-time American League MVP and won two Silver Slugger Awards. He was also a 14-time All-Star and was named to the All-Star team 14 times. After retiring from baseball, Thomas went on to become a successful sports analyst, working as a commentator for ESPN and other networks. He is also a bestselling author and has written several books on sports and fitness. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Indiana and was drafted first overall by the Chicago White Sox in 1990.
