Fred Lipka is an American sports executive. He is the current Vice President and Technical Director of Player Development at Major League Soccer, where he oversees youth and player development initiatives across the league. Lipka has been a key architect of MLS's academy and coaching education structures, helping design pathways and programs intended to produce the next generation of professional players and coaches in North America. He has over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, including stints with the US Soccer Federation and the Chicago Fire. Lipka is based in Chicago, Illinois.
