Classical scholar and translator
Frederick Cornwallis Conybeare was a British classical scholar and translator who lived from 1800 to 1874. He was known for his work on ancient languages, particularly Greek and Latin. Conybeare translated several works of ancient authors into English, including the Key of Truth by Armenian Unitarian Christians. Born in London, he studied at Oxford University and later worked as a clergyman. In his free time, he enjoyed reading and playing cricket.
