Frederick Cowan
Frederick Cowan is a former American businessman and convicted murderer. He was born in 1947 and grew up in New York City. Cowan was known for his racist views and was involved in several violent incidents throughout his life. He was arrested and convicted of murder in 1977 and is currently serving a life sentence. Cowan has been the subject of several books and documentaries.
