Gaetano Koch was an Italian architect and urban planner who designed several notable buildings in Rome, including the Edifici di Gaetano Koch all'Esedra. Koch was born in 1920 in Rome and studied architecture at the Sapienza University of Rome. He worked for several years in the Italian Ministry of Public Works before establishing his own practice. Koch was known for his innovative designs and his commitment to historic preservation. He received several awards for his work and was recognized as one of the leading architects of his time.
