Gary Moore

Gary Moore was a Northern Irish guitarist and singer-songwriter. He was known for his work with Thin Lizzy and as a solo artist. Moore was born on April 4, 1952, in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He began playing guitar at the age of 13 and formed Thin Lizzy in 1969. The band achieved significant commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s. Moore's solo career spanned over three decades and included hits like 'Still in Love with You' and 'Out in the Fields'. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005. Moore passed away on February 6, 2011, at the age of 58.
