Gary Schneider

Gary Schneider is a South African-born photographer and artist. He studied painting and performance at the University of Cape Town, and later moved to New York in 1977. Schneider's work often explores the intersection of art and science, identity and obscurity, and the human condition. He has exhibited his work internationally, and has collaborated with artists such as Peter Hujar. Schneider's photography is known for its technical precision and emotional depth.
