Gavin Ward

Gavin Ward is a highly accomplished racing engineer with a career spanning over two decades. He began his career in F1, working as a trackside control systems engineer, tyre & vehicle dynamics engineer, and race engineer for several top teams. Gavin played a key role in Red Bull Racing's success, helping the team win four double championships and over 50 Grand Prix. He made the transition to IndyCar in 2018 and is currently the racing director for Arrow McLaren. Gavin is widely respected in the racing community for his expertise and his ability to lead teams to success.
