Gigi Riva

Giovanni Riva was an Italian footballer who played as a forward for various clubs, including Hellas Verona and Cagliari. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of his generation, known for his exceptional skill and goal-scoring ability. Riva was a key player for the Italian national team, helping the country win the 1968 European Championship. He is also remembered for his iconic goal against West Germany in the 1968 European Championship final.
