Gilan Mesri

Gilan Mesri is the Representative of the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) in Lebanon. She has worked on various projects related to women's empowerment and human rights in the Middle East. She has also worked with various organizations to support women's participation in politics and economic development. She has a strong background in international development and has worked with several governments and NGOs. She is based in Beirut, Lebanon.
