Grandmaster Melle Mel

Grandmaster Melle Mel is an American rapper and DJ. He is a founding member of the hip hop group The Furious Five and is known for his work in the genres of old school hip hop and funk. Mel has released music on labels such as Def Jam and has collaborated with other notable artists such as Run-DMC and LL Cool J. He has also performed at numerous festivals and clubs around the world, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Mel is also a skilled DJ and has performed at numerous parties and events.
