Green River Killer

Gary Ridgway is an American serial killer who was convicted of killing 49 women in Washington state during the 1980s and 1990s. He is currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole. Ridgway was born in 1949 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and grew up in Washington state. He was married and had two children, but his marriage ended in divorce. Ridgway was arrested in 2001 and confessed to the murders. He is currently serving his sentence at the Washington State Penitentiary.
