Hadrian VI

Hadrian VI was the Pope from 1522 to 1523. He was a member of the Medici family and was known for his progressive views. Hadrian VI was a skilled diplomat and strategist. He played a key role in the Italian Wars and was a key figure in the Protestant Reformation.
