Hans Linge

Hans Linge is a German historian and author. He is a professor at the University of Hamburg and has written extensively on the history of the German Navy. Linge has also been a frequent commentator on naval history and strategy. He is known for his expertise on the German U-boat fleet during World War II. Linge has received several awards for his work, including the German History Prize. He is a fellow of the German Historical Institute in Rome. Linge has also been a visiting scholar at the Naval War College in Rhode Island. He is fluent in German, English, and Italian.
