Heinrich Ernst Kayser

Heinrich Ernst Kayser was a German composer and violist of the late Romantic era. He was born in 1861 in Berlin, Germany, and began his musical studies at a young age. Kayser was a virtuosic violist and composer, known for his technical mastery of the instrument and his innovative compositions. He was particularly famous for his etudes for solo viola, which are still widely performed today. Kayser was also a prolific teacher and gave lessons to many prominent musicians of his time. He died in 1941 in Berlin, Germany.
