Hélène Plante is a Canadian politician who has been a member of the National Assembly of Quebec since 2012. She represents the riding of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and has been the Minister of Tourism and the Minister of Sport and Recreation. She has also been the leader of the Quebec Liberal Party. She is known for her advocacy on issues related to women's rights and LGBTQ+ rights. She has been recognized for her work on promoting tourism and economic development in Quebec. She is a graduate of the University of Montreal and has a degree in sociology.
