Henk Ovink

Henk Ovink is a Dutch diplomat and expert on disaster risk reduction. He served as the Special Representative for Disaster Risk Reduction at the United Nations from 2011 to 2017. Ovink has also held various positions in the Dutch government, including Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management. He is known for his work on disaster risk reduction and his efforts to promote sustainable development. Ovink has received several awards for his service, including the Order of Orange-Nassau.
