Herb Baumeister

Herbert Baumeister was an American serial killer and necrophile who was active in the 1980s and 1990s. He was known as the "Herbert the Pervert" and was suspected of murdering several young men. Baumeister was arrested in 1996 and later confessed to the murders. He was sentenced to life in prison and died in 2006. Baumeister's case was highly publicized due to the brutality of the crimes and the unusual circumstances surrounding his arrest.
