Heriberto Seda

Heriberto Seda was an American serial killer who terrorized New York City between 1990 and 1993. He was arrested on June 18, 1996, and confessed to three murders and five attempted murders. Seda was born in 1969 in the United States and grew up in a troubled home. He began his killing spree in 1990, targeting young women and men in public places. Seda was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
