Hernán Ouviña is a Peruvian economist and politician. He is a member of the Institute of Studies of America and the Caribbean of the University of Buenos Aires and the Clacso "El Estado como contradicción" working group. Ouviña has been a prominent figure in Peruvian politics, known for his criticism of the government and his advocacy for social justice. He has written extensively on economics and politics, and has been a vocal critic of neoliberalism. Ouviña has also been involved in various social movements and has been a key figure in the opposition to the government of Pedro Castillo.
