Dr. Hesham El-Mirsawy is an Egyptian-American professor of Islamic studies at St. Bonaventure University in New York. He is known for his work on the history and theology of Islam. Born in Giza, Egypt, he earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University. He has written several books on Islamic scholarship and apologetics.
