Howlin' Wolf was an American blues singer and guitarist. He was born on June 10, 1910, in Mississippi. Wolf was known for his powerful voice and his hit song 'Smokestack Lightning'. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987. Wolf passed away on January 10, 1976, at the age of 65. He is considered one of the most influential blues musicians of all time.
