Hy Vong
Hy Vong is a Cambodian politician and former Prime Minister of Cambodia. He was born in 1934 in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia. Vong studied at the University of Paris and later became a prominent figure in the Khmer Rouge regime. After the regime's fall, he served as Prime Minister from 1993 to 1997. He is known for his role in the country's transition to democracy.
