Ian Garner

Ian Garner is an assistant professor at the Center for Totalitarian Studies at the Pilecki Institute in Warsaw, Poland. He is a historian and expert on totalitarianism, with a focus on the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Garner has written extensively on the history of communism and has taught at several universities in Poland and the UK. He is currently working on a book about the history of Soviet espionage in Poland.
