Ibn al-Jawzi

Ibn al-Jawzi was a renowned Islamic scholar and historian who lived in the 6th century AH. He was a prominent figure in the Islamic world and wrote extensively on Islamic theology, jurisprudence, and history. He is best known for his book Akhbar al-Hamqā wa al-Mughaffalīn.
