Igor Stravinsky

Igor Stravinsky was a Russian composer, pianist, and conductor. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential and innovative composers of the 20th century. Stravinsky was born in 1882 in St. Petersburg, Russia, and began composing music at a young age. He is best known for his ballets, including "The Rite of Spring" and "The Firebird". Stravinsky was a pioneer of modern classical music and was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 1949. He died in 1971.
