Queen of France and wife of Charles VI
Isabeau of Bavaria was the Queen of France from 1385 to 1422. She was the wife of King Charles VI and was known for her beauty and intelligence. She was also known for her influence on her husband, and played a key role in the politics of the French court. She was a patron of the arts and was known for her love of music and literature. She died in 1435, and was buried in the Basilica of Saint-Denis.
