About Isao
Isao Hashimoto is a Japanese scientist who survived the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945. He went on to become a renowned scientist and was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2008 for his discovery of the mechanism of bioluminescence in jellyfish.
