Jack Lord

Jack Lord was an Irish actor who is best known for his role as James Bond in the 1962 film Dr. No. He went on to play Bond in several other films, including From Russia with Love and Thunderball. Lord was also known for his work in television, and appeared in several shows including The Avengers and The Saint. He was nominated for multiple awards for his performances, including a BAFTA Award. Lord passed away in 1990 at the age of 78.
