Northwestern Political Scientist
James Druckman is a Northwestern University professor of political science. He is known for his research on political behavior, public opinion, and the effects of media on politics. Druckman has published numerous papers on these topics and has testified before Congress on issues related to campaign finance and election reform. He is also a frequent commentator on media outlets such as NPR and PBS. Druckman received his PhD in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a professor of political science at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications.
