James Earle Fraser
American sculptor
James Earle Fraser was an American sculptor who is best known for his work on the statue of Theodore Roosevelt at the American Museum of Natural History. Fraser was born in 1876 in St. Louis, Missouri, and studied art at the Art Institute of Chicago. He went on to become one of the most prominent sculptors of his time, creating works in a variety of mediums including bronze, marble, and stone.
