James Jatrelle

James Jatrelle is an American diplomat and expert on Russian affairs who has served in several diplomatic roles, including as a senior advisor to the US Department of State. He has also worked as a researcher at the Brookings Institution and has written several books on Russian politics and international relations. Jatrelle has a degree in international relations from Georgetown University and has been a fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He is based in Washington, D.C., USA.
