James P. Cannon

James P. Cannon was an American socialist and labor leader who played a key role in the development of the American Communist Party. He was a prominent figure in the labor movement and was known for his advocacy of workers' rights and social justice. Cannon was also a close associate of Leon Trotsky and was involved in the early years of the Trotskyist movement.
