James S. Romm

James S. Romm is an American classical scholar and professor. He is currently the James H. Ottaway Jr. Professor of Classical Studies at Bard College in Annandale, New York. Romm has written several books on classical topics, including The Greek Way of Death and Dying Every Day. He is also a popular speaker and has given talks at various conferences. Romm is based in Annandale, New York.
