Jamie Murphy

Jamie Murphy is a fertility awareness educator and menstrual activist who has dedicated her work to promoting body literacy and menstrual activism. She has a strong background in education and has taught others to understand their menstrual cycle and use this knowledge to either avoid or achieve pregnancy. Jamie has also spoken publicly about her own experiences with pregnancy and birth, and has used her platform to challenge the routine birth procedures found in the industrial-medical complex. She is a passionate advocate for women's health and reproductive rights.
