Jaume Balaguero is a Spanish film director and screenwriter. He is best known for his work on the horror film REC, which he co-wrote and directed with Paco Plaza. Balaguero has also directed several other films, including "Tesis" and "Verónica". He has won several awards for his work, including the Goya Award for Best Director.
