Jenni Gibbons

Jenni Gibbons is a Canadian astronaut and engineer. She was born on January 1, 1970, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Gibbons earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Calgary and later earned a master's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Toronto. She was selected as an astronaut candidate by the Canadian Space Agency in 2009 and has since flown on two Space Shuttle missions. Gibbons is currently a test pilot and engineer at the Canadian Space Agency.
