Jennifer O'Malley Dillon is a campaign manager and politician. She served as the campaign manager for Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign, becoming the first woman to manage a winning Democratic presidential campaign. Prior to her work with Biden, she worked as a campaign manager for several other Democratic candidates. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
