Jennifer Pahlka

Jennifer Pahlka is an American government reform expert and innovator. She is the founder of Code for America, a non-profit organization that aims to use technology to improve the delivery of government services. Jennifer has also worked as a senior policy advisor in the Obama administration and has written extensively on issues related to government reform and digital governance. She is based in Washington, D.C.
