Jessica Laurel Kane

Jessica Laurel Kane is a writer, illustrator, and storyteller who has written several books on parenting and self-care. She is not formally trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), but has discovered the approach through her own experiences and has developed her own unique approach to teaching it through her stories and illustrations. Jessica is known for her creative and empathetic approach to helping others. She is based in Los Angeles.
