Jim Lovell

Jim Lovell is a retired American astronaut, naval aviator, and test pilot. He was the commander of the Apollo 13 mission, which was aborted after an explosion occurred on board. Lovell has written several books about his experiences, including "Lost Moon: The Perilous Voyage of Apollo 13".
