Joel Rayburn

Joel Rayburn is a retired Army colonel who has served in various roles including as a military strategist and advisor. He is currently a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. Rayburn has written extensively on military strategy and national security issues and has been a frequent commentator on television and radio. He has also taught at several military academies and has served as a consultant to government agencies and private companies. Rayburn has a master's degree in national security strategy from the U.S. Army War College.
