José Fernández

José Fernández was a talented pitcher who played for the Miami Marlins and Arizona Diamondbacks. He was a two-time All-Star and won the National League Rookie of the Year award in 2013. Fernández was known for his blazing fastball and his ability to dominate on the mound. He was tragically killed in a boating accident in 2017 at the age of 24. Fernández is widely regarded as one of the most promising young pitchers in baseball history.
