José Manuel Restrepo

José Manuel Restrepo is a Colombian economist and politician. He served as Minister of Finance under President Álvaro Uribe and later became the Rector of the University of the Andes. Restrepo has also been a prominent figure in the Colombian business community, serving as a director of several companies.
