Juan Carlos Villa Cardona

Juan Carlos Villa Cardona, also known as 'el terror de Risaralda', is a former Colombian serial killer. He was convicted of murdering 11 people, including 10 adults and a 15-year-old, using a modus operandi of pretending to be deaf to gain their trust. Villa Cardona was arrested after being tipped off by his own brothers, who had been working with the authorities. He is currently serving a 43-year prison sentence.
